conveyor to leak tester and to the packaging machine.

Leak testing machine principle and testing method
Plastic Bottle Leak Tester has a core differential pressure induction system from Italy. The
system can inspect micro-leak products according to the changing
parameters of micro-leak. There is a induction passage of
differential pressure after the test head sealed while it testing.
whether air inflation it will generate much pressure inside and
outside. In case of the product are leak, the pressure is trail off
and come into differential pressure. On the basis of testing
time(0.5-7sec.),the differential pressure value be received by
transducer of induction system.. The transducer send the signal to
electron plate and PLC touch screen by electronic data and send
signal of alert.
