Introduction

The textile moisture evaporation rate tester is used to test and evaluate the moisture absorption and quick-drying performance of various textiles. The quick-drying property of textiles is assessed based on the moisture evaporation rate.

Test principle

After dropping a certain amount of liquid onto the sample, suspend the sample after the water droplets have spread on it on the equipment. Weigh the sample every certain period of time, and based on the changes in the sample's weight, calculate the evaporation rate and evaporation time of the moisture.

GB/T 21655.1-2008 "Textiles - Evaluation of Moisture Absorption and Quick-Drying Properties - Part 1: Single Combined Test Method"
